VAT and all customs costs are borne by the TreeTale shop. The customer no longer bears any additional costs.

 

Shipment

We send shipments via FEDEX in the United Kingdom.

The production time is indicated next to each product.

The delivery time is 5 to 9 business days.

Beds and mattresses are shipped in separate packages. The rest of the products will be shipped together in an extra package. When ordering a bed and a mattress, you will receive 2 packages. When ordering a bed, mattress and other items, you will receive 3 packages.

 

The shipping costs depend on the products ordered:

• the shipping costs for beds and other furniture are 30GBP per product ordered,
• the shipping costs for mattresses are 20GBP per mattress ordered,
• shipping costs for other products are 20GBP.

 

Payments

Payments can be made via the electronic system PayPal, credit cards and bank transfer. Please note that international bank transfer fees are payable when processing transactions.
